Bundle of Rights

Total range of ownership interests in real property. Examples of rights include: useage or occupancy, right to sell, allowance of others to use or occupy (rent or lease), etc. An owner that possesses all the interests in the bundle of rights has the most complete form of ownership, often termed "fee simple".

Accredited, Professional, and Associate members who no longer provide farm and ranch management, agricultural consulting, rural appraisal and/or appraisal review services may apply to the Executive Council for Inactive member status. Members on Inactive Status will continue to receive the Society's newsletter, ASFMRA Journal and ASFMRA Directory, but will be listed in the Directory as "inactive members" and will not be eligible for referrals for business and are not eligible to vote.
