Accredited, Professional, and Associate members who no longer provide farm and ranch management, agricultural consulting, rural appraisal and/or appraisal review services may apply to the Executive Council for Inactive member status. Members on Inactive Status will continue to receive the Society's newsletter, ASFMRA Journal and ASFMRA Directory, but will be listed in the Directory as "inactive members" and will not be eligible for referrals for business and are not eligible to vote. Applications shall be submitted annually to the Executive Council which shall evaluate the appropriateness of the request. The Executive Council may grant or deny the request with or without cause or reasons. Members approved for inactive status are required to:
